[ICOM] CT-17 Performance

Hi Dave,

I use 9600 Baud for my 756Pro, and this works without any hassle at all.

The one thing that does NOT seem to work is when you set things to
"AUTOBAUD". I also had some errors when using 19200 Baud, but that was when
I was Tx'ing only, and it did cause a few logging issues. 9600 was rock
solid all the way, so I have stuck with that.
