[ICOM] S-Meter bulb for IC-761

I use a bright led with a series resistor. Be sure to grind the face of the
led flat to disburse the light.

Several months ago, maybe much longer, I received a few original bulbs for
my 761s S-Meter from a friend who purchased the last bunch that ICOM had.
I must have had a little power surge today because the first of the two
bulbs I had has blown.  I've installed the second one of the bulbs (three of
them were crushed in transit even though they were wrapped in bubble
wrap) so I now have no more of the five that were sent to me.  Does anyone
have a couple of these bulbs they could spare or has anyone come up with a
reasonable alternative?
