Subject: [ICOM] A Holiday Wish
It was a little over ten years ago, October 10, 1999, to be exact,
that Al Waller K3TKJ, the founder of QSL/QTH.net offered me the
opportunity to moderate the ICOM reflector. That was long before the
mailman software was installed and back when majordomo was King.
Over the past decade this group has become my family, through
sickness and in health, through bad days and good. Consistently over
a thousand members strong, this group has shown a compassion and
willingness to help others that is the bedrock of amateur radio.
May the spirit of this season touch all of your hearts. I wish all
of you and your families happiness and good health as we begin
another decade together. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.
Dick
