[ICOM] wanted parts/options for IC-745 transceiver

I am in the process of resurecting a couple of IC-745's. Got the first work working all ok as it had a broken internal 3 amp fuse holder. Looks like this radio was dropped on it's rear by a previous owner who sold it in this condition to an older gentleman.
Now the second IC-745 had a bad logic board but since I couldn't find the correct one, I bought the logic board meant for the IC-751 radio as it looked very similar. Initially, I replaced the connectors on that board to match those of the IC-745 logic board but the radio would not operate. So this past week end, I decided that I should have a much closer look at this and went thru the 751 logic board and converted it to be exactly like the 745 logic board. Well, the radio did come alive with still some much minor issues as when trying to step thru the modes starting with lsb, usb, cw, rtty, am and last fm. When it hits the FM mode, it will not go past that. I know that it's not related to the logic board as I've already swapped that board with the one out of the first now working radio. Anyone on this reflector who's come across this same problem and what did you do to fix it?
I'm looking for the following parts for the IC-745: small square knob as used on the vox select, a carrying handle (mounts to the one side), a hand mic such as hm-12 or hm-23, the front riser tilt assembly by the front feet. Also looking for the keyer option, fm option, optional filters for cw plus the deluxe ssb filter in the lower IF. Shipping would be to zip 83826 in northern Idaho. I want to get these going for new recent local hams.
