[ICOM] IC-207 problems

Sounds like its set for tone squelch. Won't hear a peep without the correct 
tone on the signal.

Hmmm - not having a 207 - I can only guess.  BUT - before you send it off 
for
repairs, try a master reset.  Yes - you will need to reprogram it.  You 
would
probably need to do that when it returns anyway.  However, if it works, no 
need
to send it off.
