[ICOM] Using Microham Microkeyer II with IC7600

Interface cable is the same cable - same pinout. It's the rig in the setup
option that is missing. I tried the IC7700 option in setup and it did not
seem to work - probably wrong CI-V address.

Just looking at the web page for this device I'd bet it will work fine
providing the IC-7600 has the proper inputs. I'd also suspect the 7600
and 7700 support much of the same pin out BUT I have not looked at
either manual for those products. You may have to roll your own
interface cable.
