When I worked in a camera shop in the early 50's, we sold Static Master brushes (static free) ...1" for $9.95 and 3" for $14.95. They are still available ...but at $74.95 and 119.95 from Adorama Camera.

I'd probably use some canned air and the shop-vac micro cleaning kit.
I have never had any trouble with computers when using that kit internally.
A soft brush also works I don't know of a static free one to recommend though.
