[ICOM] IC271H memories reset

I suppose inexpensive NVRAM technology wasn't around back in
the 80's, but these two fellows have a modern plug-and-play fix
for brain-scrambled older Icom radios.  Indeed if you have ANY
older Icom that relies on a memory backup for it's main programming
there is no question that it will fail eventually, there's only the
question of WHEN.

I can vouch for the high quality of Roberto's eeprom cards.
I've gotten 2 older radios going, thanks to him - a scrambled 751A
and an IC M-700 marine radio.  When you order just tell him the
model of radio you have and he will program it accordingly.

ALSO Chris at Piexx.com here in the US has a similar if not identical
board - http://www.piexx.com   He has several upgrades that might
be of interest to folks here.
