[ICOM] 7800 WOULD NOT TURN ON = $$$$$$$$

Sometimes a delay...sometimes not come on at all....

sometimes i would try again  and it would work ,,,,

then sometimes i would pull the main pwr plug,,,,

then  no amber no green   no nothing.,,,,,  but a rotten "digital" board,,,


But now i believe all is well,,,,,
