[ICOM] CT 17 interface

Well the are cases where you may want to drive more than one device, like
the rig, rotor, or other device. USB provides 5 volts and for some devices
that will not be enough. So unless you want to have many of them connected
you may want a real CT-17. I have many of them. USB powered. CT-17 and an
after market I bought that has it's own 12 volt power supply. Also some of
the eBay ones do not have the latest MS certified drivers and if you use
Vista that is a problem. They will work sometimes and sometimes not.

Why would anyone spend more than $30 for one, when you can now buy a copy
for $13 on E-Bay?
