Walt -
I can't tell where it struck. The only visible signs are matching scorch
marks on the rig and PS, and a scorch mark on the desk under an Astron
PS. And one of the eyes from my true north device was in the front yard.
The coax was plugged in. It goes thru a switch on the tower that
grounds unused positions, and the switch was in that mode. The PS-125
was plugged in, but not on. I haven't been able to check out the switch,
the amp, the CI-V, or the SteppIR yet. The rotor control box is fried.
One neighbor lost their Roomba.
There is a number 4 (or 6) wire all the way to the rotor, clamped to
each tower section, terminating in an 8' rod.
