[ICOM] Icom 765 issue

I have a 765 and its internal power supply started becoming flakey - 
some times it would work and other times it wouldn't even power up.

I found a tip somewhere (I think it was Icom's site) which recommended 
opening up the power supply and re-soldering a resistor. This fixed my 
problem completely. Oh yes, the resistor consisted of a bar about 1/8" 
square and about 1" long.

It was easy to do - just a bit of effort getting to the resistor.
