[ICOM] Icom 765 issue

I was checking at the external ps terminals. I didn't even think to check at
the radio thanks for the help guys I will check at the radio and post back.

Where did you check the voltage - at the power supply or at the radio?  If
you checked at the P.S., check it again, right at the radio.  You may have a
problem in the cable, very likely at one of the fuse holders.
