[ICOM] 761 buttons

Thank you, Adam, for the advice. I shall, indeed, do just that. It had
never entered my mind. I have not received a reply to my e-mail to ICOM
Canada.

This 761 has served me well. With the economy being what it is, I
sincerely hope that it will continue to chug along. I've used several more
modern radios on occasion but still love this old rig. If I could afford
it, my first choice would be a K-3 and second an IC-7700. Maybe I can win
a lottery and have both. :-)

Hi Al,

Try Icom UK (sales at icomuk.co.uk)

They sometimes have obsolete/discontinued parts in stock.

Perhaps the "old girl" (your 761) is trying to tell you something....

Cheers for now, 73,
Adam VA7OJ/AB4OJ

Will do, my friend. I've received a reply from ICOM America that they no
longer have the buttons. Nothing yet from ICOM Canada. And there hasn't
been a single reply on the reflector. But I'll let you know what I
discover.
