[ICOM] Icom 7000 reliability

Overall - they ARE good.  I have a very close friend who ran his at full power on 70cm FM for an extended rag-chew.  The 7000 quit on him and started blowing fuses.

Some trouble-shooting showed that the solder flow on the final got so hot the solder went plastic and oozed in a drip until it shorted to the case.  This is the only 7000 failure story I have heard.
