[ICOM] IC-970 parts needed

I need to replace the 'key jack' and the 'external speaker jack' on the back
of the IC-970. The are broken.
They are on the jack B board. The service manual lists all the parts on the
board, except the jacks themselves.
They are plastic pc mount jacks. Any idea where I can obtain these?
