[ICOM] Foot switch

I used VOX at one time. My small workbench was next to the operating 
table and once I whacked my thumb with a hammer while listening to 20 
meters.
After I quit saying things I am not proud of I realized my VOX was on as 
I heard the relay click over to receive.... OOPS.

I've been using a foot switch ever since either work fine though.
