[ICOM] Help needed for: ICOM Paint Color and Source

Since Icom sells to the U.S. Government, I would think that there might be 
some specs listed in a procurement order for different colors.  Has anybody 
gone to the government/commercial side of the house to ask for help?

I agree with Ted in his suggestion about sourcing at a supplier.
