[ICOM] Icom IC-765 question

The controls are resistors I believe.  I think the first thing I would do is a
shot of contact cleaner followed by a shot of De-Oxit  D-5 in the controls.
While you are in there - treat all the controls.  While in the radio, loosen and
retighten all the screws holding the circuit boards - checking the ground
connections so to speak.

If that doesn't do it, voltage regulator???  

You might ask Scott Malcolm - MTS at trip.net.  He is a great source - and will fix
it if you decide to send it off.
