"What will be the major differences between the 756PRO3 and the 7600?"

Probably about $1000 based on the PROIII at a discount. It's not always 
a question of which is the best rig... it's a question of the best rig 
within a a person's budget. Now is a great time to buy a PROIII... lower 
price and the bugs are out. 5 years from now a late model PROIII might 
be worth more than an early 7600 if there are any early release problems 
at all.
