[ICOM] After-Thanksgiving Icom Promo

A rebate is from the manufacturer what you have to make sure of is 
the small print in the vendors pricing:
Many stores (across the board-not only ham radio) advertise a price 
and [very] small print "after manufactures mail in rebate!"

Bottom line is the price
