Hi Adam,

Perhaps, although it is similar in cosmetics to very early ICOM 
products. The MT-100 Manual Tuner was made by Nye for ICOM and the 
WR-200/2000 SWR/Power Meters were made by the same unknown company that 
made the very similar Kenwood product, but nevertheless were still 
marketed as ICOM.

Interesting, in any case.
