[ICOM] ICOM 746PRO Screen Brightness from K3JK

I used to have an IC-756. A couple of years after I started using it with 
the brightness set up at maximum, there came the blue lines on the LCD. 
After some adjustments of brightness and contrast I managed to find a 
combination where the lines disappeared. Then the radio has been sold. The 
actual user is still running the radio keeping these adjustments untouched, 
and there are no blue lines seen ever since. Indeed, the brightness is below 
the maximum.
