[ICOM] 706MKIIG Price Increase

A dealer who attends our local Swapfests said that all Icoms were going
up "after Dayton". He mentioned something about the Yen vs. Dollar as
being the cause.
In fact, I went to HRO's page about that time and saw a note that all
Icom, Kenwood and Yaesu prices were going up.
Wonder if it's the Yen, or some other dynamics...
