Besides being an expert on how to run Icom's business, I'm also a weather expert, I know how to run the government, and I'm also an expert in solving the worlds most pressing problems. Some would call it making conversation and it involves interacting with other people which most of our social species find a pleasant activity. :)

It's when folks stop talking about you (no matter *what* folks say about you) when a company should get worried. It would mean that you're not relevant anymore, which will be followed with a dramatic decrease in sales. There ya go, more free expert advice. :-)
