Hello group,
I had already noticed this times ago but I never done any specific check. I done it some days ago.
For CW I normally use an external keyer connected on the rear port of the 756PROIII.
My break-in (half) control must be anyway often turned full clockwise to have the transmitter to stay in TX long enough between two words.
My base speed is nearly 20wpm.
I also noticed that using just the paddle connected to the front jack (i.e. using the internal keyer) result in a longer TX delay without touching the delay control.
So the questions are:
- Is someone aware of the existence of some internal adjusting point to increase the break-in delay range?
- Anyone noticed the break-in delay difference in using internal or external keyer?
