That is so true. My wife at first did not like my ham radio.
As she was a type "A" person. Then when one tome she had to

She bought me my first 706 rig for my birthday. The last 10 years of her
life she realized that she had missed lots of taking the time to smell
the roses. She even went with me o have breakfast with the old goat hams
on Saturday mornings. Where before to her that was wasting time as one
must be busy doing something productive every moment every day.

I agree totally that they are part of the team and that is the way it

be.
Most of the time you hear that the XYL won't allow this or that or I
can't
get it past the XYL etc.
Not much to be said for teamwork in those cases.
That is what I was alluding to.
