When using these narrow filters, are they also part of the transmitter chain
(i.e. they might reduce the transmitted bandwidth and fidelity)?

difference to your IC-781 on SSB.

Actually, the prices have changed a bit.  But I offered them the 110 AND 314
for the 109.  They accepted.  Guess we will both be happy.
