[ICOM] IC271H_part_no_longer_available_HELP

Can anyone suggest a sub for "DP-2" the +13V to -9V converter that is no 
longer available for the Icom 271H?
I'm going to open the can module and try and fix the converter but I'm 
hoping someone else has been down this road before.
If I can't fix the module I guess I'll have to come up with a circuit that 
will suffice but it won't be Icom pretty!
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a junk 271 that has a good 
DP-2?
