tnx for the politically correct response.
I'm past the days when I need to strain to hear what I want to work so it's
probably not necessary to me. When they come out with a better radio for
less than $10,000, I'll probably buy it but so far, my 781 is fine.

With only 89 HF contacts in the last 8 years, I am not the person to ask.
It does work what I want it to work. The Timewave DSP-599ZX does help, but
my
comments are by no means scientific and I certainly don't want to start an
argument over AF vs. IF DSP. I have heard it all before.
I am still not convinced my IC-781 / IC-2KL / IC-AT500 needs to be replaced.
Especially since the 2KL is the EXPORT model.
