[ICOM] was Encoder now mem batt

  I sat down with my pile ... 751  751a, 471 271 7000 & 71a....
and changed to new batts.....( with the parallel source).  The last 
one I messed up and got to use the Italian board that I had standing 
by on the table/

Only one of the above did not need the bat for brains.
