[ICOM] Icom Repair Source

I have a PRO III issue that I would like to talk with a non Icom repair
source. Icom just says send it in and we will replace the "Main" board. I
have heard that there is a source that used to work for Icom in the Seattle
area. I am looking for recommendations.
