[ICOM] Microphone

Adam  -  I work in a power plant.  Difficult to get to a phone during business
hours, and very difficult to hear anything on the phone even then.  I spend most
of the day wearing ear plugs to avoid further damage on top of what the military
already did to my ears.  They don't seem to answer the phone when I am home.

Yeah - the pay is great.  But sometimes the conditions suck.  I much prefer
E-mail - I can hear that just fine.
