[ICOM] Re: Help with Severe Electrical Noise

I went to switch out the breaker and I noticed something to me that is
odd.  On the breaker where the lug is to fasten the wire in there is a
second set screw going into the breaker.  That screw on these breakers
and several others had a hard white corrosive layer on.  On one of the
breakers that feeds my desk the shell was a good 1/4 inch thick.  Is
this normal?
