[ICOM] HF Antenna Mount for 2002 Ford Explorer

I'm lookin for a suitable mount for a High Sierra "small" 
screwdriver (very similar to the 'Little Tarheel') antenna 
on my wife's Explorer.  I wish to mount it as high as I 
can for best efficiency.  Lip mounts won't work. 
 
Anybody know of anything commercially available?
