[ICOM] White Dust Dots Inside Screen Cover

Hi Rick - Yep that was my thought as well.  The dryer sheet moved a few 
of them - I guess my next trick is the "run a comb through your hair" or 
slide across the room in fuzzy bunny slippers  to see if that helps move 
a few more.... ;-)
