[ICOM] IC-7000 Question

The other thing I would add is,
if it puts out 150, and you bought it,
look on a spectrum anaylizer (I have one that works)
and see if its got harmonics or distortion. If radio
runs cool at 150, then just back down on the darn
mic gain, and run it at what you think is safe!!
Check the rx sensitivity. All it is, after all, is
a transmitter and a receiver. If they work well
and you dont have a burning smell (like in my 781)
then your good to go!!
Keep the ALC under the red zone and you are cool!!

Theres a very slight possibilty of me installing the cap
backwards (wrong polarity) and I do have a bit of a learning
disability.
