[ICOM] White Dust Dots Inside Screen Cover

OK - here's an "original" problem - anyone else see white "dust dots" 
inside the outer cover of the screen on their 7700?  They are not pixel 
dots - they're there whenever the 7700 is turned off.

They appear to be small dust particles and one of them is VERY white and 
intense, and sorta distracting.  Obviously doesn't affect the operation 
of the 7700 - just annoying.  There are probably about a dozen of them 
on my 7700.

My guess is that if there were to be a way to move them with static 
electricity, you could push them to the sides out of the way...haven't 
tried that yet.
