OM: Sorry to learn of your audio dissatisfaction with your 7800: You don't provide any details such as microphone used and if any additional audio processing equipment is in use at the same time such as noise gates external equalizers etc.You also say that RF into the system is a possible suspect. How does your transmit audio sound when using a dummy load and using the transmit monitor mode with a pair of headphones with good frequency response?
