[ICOM] IC730 Finals

I am looking at having to replace blown final transistors in my IC730, 
they being 2SC2097's.
I see after doing some searching there are  2SC2097,  2SC2097B, 2SC2097-H
and 2SC2097-H-MP on the market, of course at various prices, the -H-MP 
being by far the most costly of them.  Can anyone tell me what the basic 
difference is between them please??
I am guessing that the MP is possibly Miltary Standards of some sort, 
which I would guess would
possibly be overkill for this application.
