Actually, everybody has a hexadecimal to decimal calculator.  On the 
Windows standard calculator, click the View pull-down and select 
Scientific .  It will then expand to offer many new functions, including 
hex, binary (and octal I think).  Click the hex radio button, enter the 
hexadecimal number, then click dec to convert the value to decimal.
