[ICOM] Help with Severe Electrical Noise

Michael,
from your comments it seems you are assuming that circuit breaker is feed
power to nothing else but your shack. Are you sure there are no other loads or
outlets anywhere that are fed by that same breaker? If your shack is a room in
your house then it is very likely there are other loads/outlets on that same
circuit but it other rooms.
