[ICOM] 756 ProII low power

>From my ICOM 756 ProII, I noticed I was only getting about 50 watts out on 24 
mHz. I attached a 50 ohm dummy load and tested output on all bands.

3.5-10 mhz -- 110 watts  
14 mHz -- 90 watts
18 mHz -- 80 watts
21 mHz -- 60 watts
24-50 mHz -- 50 watts

I was using the internal PO meter, but this meter seems close to my external 
meter.

Power supply delivers 14.8 volts and remains constant across bands. Power 
supply current decreases by a couple of amps as power goes down across bands.

Any ideas what might be causing the low output?
