[ICOM] 781 TR/REG Problem

Hi Mike,
Some years ago I had a similar problem, R20 burned anytime I turned the
radio on. After long hours of looking for its cause I found the problem in
the REG unit, the 3 solder posts J2, J3 & J4 had cracked joints. I
resoldered them and the problem was gone. After doing that, I installed a
fan for the REG cage and have had no more problems since then.
