[ICOM] PL Unit on the IC-551D?

I have an IC-551D and a couple of CommSpec external PL switch 
units.  I would like to install one of the PL units on the 551.  Can 
someone point out a source where I can get the info specific to the 
551 to do that?  I've already looked on dk.mods and there was nothing there.
