[ICOM] IC781 Tx problem

Thanks to all who replied to my request about the 781 Tx problem.
I checked all possible causes in the RF board, Tuner and PA and got back to
the ALC circuit. Finally I found 2 components out of tolerance, R104 (33K)
and C51 (10 MF 16V). I replaced both, readjusted the ALC and now the radio
is working OK, I checked it with the 2KL and everything is going fine.
