[ICOM] IC781 Tx problem

I was working in my 781 tx problem today, I have traced the problem to the
ALC, the ALC voltage is taking some time (about 3 seconds) to develop.
Checking the ALC circuit I found some of the problems mentioned by K1VF like
-9.0 volts was -7.45, fixed it in the PI board, R108 was 4.7 k ohms instead
of 100 ohms, R112 was 10k ohms instead of 4.7 k and D15 was missing. I have
replaced the missing or miss placed components and I suspect that Q135 is
bad, I will replace it tomorrow, as well as the capacitors C47 & C48 just in
case and will test in the afternoon, hope this will solve the problem. Will
keep you informed..
