[ICOM] MAX232 in CT17

Losing these things during a thunderstorm must be contagious...I lost one last week, along with the FIOS modem and the USB card in the server. Apparently the ground lug at my DEMARC had come loose, and my best guess is an ESD burst down the outside of the fiber cable (polystyrene, not glass!) rode the USB bus (wait...that's redundant..US Bus?) through the devices; no other cables were connected at the time (AC, RF, POTS all physically disconnected). The actual hit was on a service pole half-a-block down from me. The rig appears to have no damage; I'd rather lose the interface than the -736 anyway!
