[ICOM] IC781 display problem

I have seen the CRTs from $100 to $150 in the past and bought a spare new 
one for $50. I have 2 781s and an R9000, so a spare CRT is worth the 
investment. Please let us know what you find as the problem with your CRT. 
Agree to start by hooking up a monitor on the back video connection and if 
that's OK then you have a CRT problem or connector problem on the back, 
easier to fix than gg into the video board circuitry.
