[ICOM] Boom Microphones

I'm using a Radio Shack part number 33-1070C with my 746PRO. It's a Shure 
omnidirectional dynamic mic. It was given to me several years ago. I have a 
homebrew adapter. It has connections for dynamic and electret mic, as well 
as up/down and PTT buttons. I find I have to run a little bit of compress on 
FM with a dynamic mic. Finally I am using a Heil PL-2 boom. But they aren't 
too awfully expensive. With it's open top rail design. It sure is easy to 
change out the mic and cable.
